Our receiving docks can accommodate any size truck or container, and are equipped to effectively receive and inspect your goods as they arrive at the warehouse. Your freight can be opened and inspected as it comes off your carrier, or you may elect to only have pieces with visible damage opened for inspection. We receive single pieces to full trailer loads for either immediate delivery or consolidation. All items are checked against the carrier manifest, then entered into our inventory management system. If there are count exceptions or visible damage, it is noted so your assigned Customer Service Representative can let you know of issues as they arise. As an additional tracking aid, a CCTV system records all warehouse movement.
Our receivers and warehouse personnel ensure that your items remain protected throughout the duration of your storage term. Additionally, our customer service representatives will immediately notify you when goods are received, and provide shipping documentation for your records. Our receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. It is requested that large shipments schedule a dock appointment. Our warehouse is centrally located in the Buckhead/Midtown area of Atlanta, with convenient access to Interstate 85.

For short term storage of your goods, our common rack storage is suggested. Our warehouse flow and racking is configured for storing goods based on size and type. Inventory in this system tends to be scattered throughout the warehouse. If you need a consolidated storage environment, rack space can be configured to meet your needs for a small premium. For sensitive items that require some protection from temperature extremes, our temperature controlled private rooms are an ideal solution. Though available with configurable racking, the size of private rooms makes the use furniture pickers limited.
Classic warehouse personnel are available to assist with cycle counts of your inventory. Detailed, custom reporting of inventory levels and movement can be produced for your analysis. We provide a secure storage facility, with 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, motion detectors, controlled and monitored access, sprinklers, and fire trouble monitoring.
The customer's purchase in your showroom was just a beginning, their impression of your brand will not be complete until the goods arrive safely in their home, are unpacked and placed. Classic maintains a private fleet of clean, air-ride trucks to make that delivery for you. These trucks feature a logistical restraint system to ensure a secure environment for the transport of your goods. Your Customer Service Representative will work in tandem with Dispatch and the delivery team to make sure that your customer is served at their convenience. Scheduling, followup and en route communication from the delivery team keeps your customer in the know.
