Our receiving docks can accommodate any size truck or container, and are equipped to effectively receive and inspect your goods as they arrive at the warehouse. We have a ground level dock for cars and light trucks to aid in drop offs and pickups. We receive single pieces to full trailer loads for either immediate delivery or consolidation. All items are thoroughly inspected, any condition issues noted, then entered into our inventory management system. As an additional tracking aid, a CCTV system records all warehouse movement.
Our receivers and warehouse personnel ensure that your items remain protected throughout the duration of your storage term. Additionally, our customer service representatives will immediately notify you when goods are received, and provide shipping documentation for your records. Our receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. It is requested that large shipments schedule a dock appointment. Our warehouse is centrally located in the Buckhead/Midtown area of Atlanta, with convenient access to Interstate 85.

For short term storage of items that do not require interaction or viewing by you or your clients, our common rack storage is suggested. For sensitive items that require some protection from temperature extremes, but limited interaction or viewing, vaulted storage in our temperature controlled warehouse is the recommended solution. For long term projects, inventory overflow, and display stock, our temperature controlled private rooms are an ideal solution. Available with configurable racking, private rooms are also used by showrooms and dealers as a workroom or product warehouse. On site climate controlled storage is available for artwork through CV Fine Art Services
Classic warehouse personnel are available to assist with cycle counts of your inventory. Detailed, custom reporting of inventory levels and movement can be produced for your analysis. We provide a secure storage facility, with 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, motion detectors, controlled and monitored access, sprinklers, and fire trouble monitoring.

Classic maintains a private fleet of clean, air-ride trucks to make that delivery for you. These trucks feature a logistical restraint system to ensure a secure environment for the transport of your goods. Your Customer Service Representative will work in tandem with Dispatch and the delivery team to make sure that your customer is served at their convenience. Scheduling, followup and en route communication from the delivery team keeps your customer in the know.

Classic Design Services offers a full range of custom packaging and crating services designed to provide maximum protection for your inventory. Our blanket wrap services can suffice for a large number of deliveries, but some items require more protection. Especially those one of a kind items that are travelling across the country.
At Classic, we understand the challenges that exist in moving very fragile pieces, whether across the country, across the world, or anywhere in between. Our crating shop fabricates custom crates that are designed to precisely fit the size and weight of your goods, and built to ensure a safe delivery. All of our crates are configured for structural integrity, providing the highest possible level of protection. We also use the most current interior packaging materials available. Marble tops, mirrors, chandeliers, delicate china, and fine art are among the many items that we are entrusted to crate.
Even with all the care we take, the training and tools that we provide our crews, the unthinkable can happen. Your most valuable piece could suffer damage that renders it a total loss. We offer valuation coverage to help offset that loss. Federal and state regulations require our industry to the cover total loss of goods at $1.20 per pound. For many common items, this is sufficent. We offer comprehensive valuation packages to help bridge the gap between mandated coverage and the true value of your items.
Our carrier provides seamless protection all the way, for just 1.5% of the declared value of items in transit. While in storage, valuation coverage is available at one to two percent of the declared value, added to the monthly storage fees. We carry full building liability protection, which allows us to operate in the nation's most exclusive buildings and facilities. Our coverage also includes on-site protection for your home, truck cargo damage, theft protection, warehouse in-transit coverage for fire or theft, Workers' Compensation and umbrella liability.
